We are sorry you are experiencing issues when attempting to complete your booking. Please read the booking help information below.

1. All name, address, email, and phone number fields require an input. If you do not complete a field (except address line 2) you will receive an error notification.

2. There are three questions on the booking form that require answers. If a question does not apply please answer NA. If you do not answer all three questions you will receive an error notification.


3.  All credit card number, month and year of expiration, and cvv code fields require an input. If you do not complete a field you will receive an error notification.


Using Google Chrome:

4. If you have received an error notice when attempting to complete your booking using  Chrome and you are signed in to your Richard Glasgow account, please sign out of your account and try again to complete your booking using Chrome. If you still experience an issue and 1 -3 above are complete,  try using  one of the following web browsers: Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari.


Using Safari:

5. If you have received an error notice when attempting to complete your booking using Safari and you are signed in to your Richard Glasgow account, please sign out of your account and try again to complete your booking using Safari. If you still experience an issue and 1 -3 above are complete,  try using  one of the following web browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome.


6. We have not received any complaints of booking issued from customers using the Firefox, Edge, or Internet Explorer web browsers.Goddady has stated the issues are client side and are due to the version of web browser being used by our customers. Goddady have suggested updating your Google Chrome and Safari web browsers.
