1. All name, address, email, and phone number fields require an input. If you do not complete a field (except address line 2) you will receive an error notification.
2. On some pages there are two or three questions on the scheduling/booking form that require answers. If a question does not apply please answer NA. If you do not answer all the questions you will receive an error notification.
Note! We have added a question that asks for the name and address of the passengers. This question relates to pickups from your address and not the airport. We need this question answered so that we know where to pick you up from.
3. All credit card number, month and year of expiration, and cvv code fields require an input. If you do not complete a field you will receive an error notification.
